١. مقدمة

متجر AURIX («نحن») يحترم خصوصيتك. توضّح هذه السياسة ما هي البيانات التي نجمعها عند استخدامك لموقعنا store.hayyawi.com أو تطبيق AURIX على iOS وAndroid، وكيف نستخدمها ونحميها.

٢. البيانات التي نجمعها

بيانات الحساب: الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الهاتف — عند إنشاء حساب.
بيانات الطلب والتوصيل: عنوان التوصيل (المحافظة، المنطقة، الشارع، أقرب نقطة دالة)، رقم الهاتف، وتفاصيل الطلب.
بيانات تقنية محدودة: ملفات تعريف الارتباط (Cookies) اللازمة لتشغيل الجلسة وسلة التسوق فقط.

إشعارات الطلبات

عند تفعيل الإشعارات، نحفظ معرّف تثبيت التطبيق ورمز الإشعارات ونوع النظام واللغة وربطها بحسابك لإرسال تحديثات الطلبات، ولإشعار موظفي الإدارة المخوّلين بالطلبات الجديدة. نعالج الإرسال عبر Expo وخدمات Google Firebase Cloud Messaging لأندرويد وApple Push Notification service لآيفون. تتضمن الرسائل رقم الطلب وحالته ولا تتضمن عنوان التوصيل أو رقم هاتف الزبون. تفعيل الإشعارات اختياري ويمكن إيقافه من إعدادات الهاتف؛ تسجيل الخروج يلغي تسجيل هذا الجهاز لاستقبال إشعارات الحساب.

٣. ما لا نجمعه

لا نجمع ولا نخزّن أي بيانات بطاقات دفع أو حسابات بنكية — الدفع حالياً عند الاستلام (COD) فقط.
لا نستخدم أدوات تحليلات أو تتبّع إعلانية من طرف ثالث.
لا نبيع ولا نشارك بياناتك مع أي طرف ثالث لأغراض تسويقية.

٤. كيف نستخدم بياناتك

تنفيذ الطلبات وتوصيلها والتواصل بشأنها.
إدارة حسابك وسجل طلباتك.
تحسين خدمة المتجر ومنتجاته.

٥. حماية البيانات

تُخزن البيانات في خدمات الاستضافة وقاعدة البيانات المعتمدة للمتجر. تُخزن كلمات المرور بصيغة مشتقة مشفّرة، ويستخدم التطبيق HTTPS للاتصال بالخادم.

٦. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفها

يمكنك حذف حسابك وعناوينك المحفوظة وسلتك من التطبيق أو صفحة حذف الحساب. تبقى سجلات الطلبات اللازمة للتوصيل والمحاسبة. حذف الحساب لا يلغي الطلبات القائمة. تواصل مع الدعم بشأن السجلات المحتفظ بها.

الاطلاع على بياناتك الشخصية والتواصل مع الدعم لتصحيحها.
طلب نسخة من بياناتك أو حذفها.
سحب الموافقة على أي تواصل تسويقي في أي وقت.

1. Introduction

AURIX ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect when you use store.hayyawi.com or the AURIX iOS/Android app, and how we use and protect it.

2. Data We Collect

Account data: name, email, phone number — when you register.
Order & delivery data: delivery address (governorate, district, street, landmark), phone number, and order details.
Limited technical data: cookies strictly required for your session and shopping cart.

Order notifications

When you enable notifications, we store an app installation identifier, push token, platform and language linked to your account to deliver order updates and notify authorized administrators of new orders. Delivery uses Expo, Google Firebase Cloud Messaging for Android and Apple Push Notification service for iOS. Messages contain the order number and status, without the customer delivery address or phone number. Notifications are optional and can be disabled in phone settings. Signing out unregisters this device from account notifications.

3. What We Do NOT Collect

No payment card or bank data — checkout is currently Cash on Delivery (COD) only.
No third-party analytics or advertising trackers.
We never sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

4. How We Use Your Data

To process, deliver, and communicate about your orders.
To manage your account and order history.
To improve our store and products.

5. Data Security

All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords are stored hashed and are never readable. Login sessions use secure HttpOnly cookies. Data is stored on the store’s configured hosting and database services.

6. Retention & Deletion

We keep your account and order data while your account is active. Delete your account from Account → Delete account in the app, or use our deletion page. Your account, saved addresses and cart are deleted. Order records needed for fulfillment and accounting are retained. Deleting an account does not cancel existing orders. Contact support for requests concerning retained records.

7. Your Rights

View your account information and contact support to correct it.
Request a copy or deletion of your data.
Opt out of any marketing communication at any time.

حذف الحساب والبيانات

يمكنك حذف الحساب من صفحة الحساب داخل التطبيق أو من صفحة حذف الحساب. يحذف ذلك الحساب والعناوين المحفوظة والسلة. تبقى سجلات الطلبات اللازمة للتوصيل والمحاسبة، ولا تُلغى الطلبات القائمة تلقائيًا. تواصل مع الدعم للاستفسار عن السجلات المحتفظ بها.
